I wonder how much they paid Kaku for this. He is totally epic when it comes to physics, but it's just not like him to promote a community.

I would like to say this is possible, but it is not. Companies like Florida Power and Light and other large out of state mega corporations have actively pre-leased all available land from residents for the express purpose of 'locking down' any local opportunities. Farmers unwittingly agreed to these contracts for 15 and 20 year terms to make money because they didn't see any local wind opportunities in the future. Local small groups are screwed.
