another trick to use if you cant pinch your contact lens out of your eye is to use your index finger to scoop the contact on your thumb and then take it out. kind of like a broom and a dust pan technique. its easier for me that way. just a little tip to help

taking them out is way easier then putting in... omg when putting in eye just cant take it, it bites my eye like crazy...

It`s hard first times you do it... when you have used them like 20 times, its easy! i love contact lenses
