The answer is provided by TurboTax. Unfortunately, there are very few exceptions to this type of penalty. Two possible exceptions include leaving your job when you were 55 or older, or using the distribution amount to pay for medical expenses. For more information, visit: http://turbotax.intuit.com

  • Megan, you're a turbotax hottie.

    suXXors to be Bara.

On an aside, I had trouble getting my TurboTax software this year. I called and was talking to somebody in India. I wasn't happy about TurboTax exporting that service. The CD still didn't arrive. Then the phone number to call was gone from the website. I e-mailed and got a response... from somebody in India. The CD finally arrived.

TurboTax needs to keep jobs in the USA.
