@pimpedoutfbplaya ahah allright then...lol i dont really work out much.. i just started like last month... but my 40 is like 4.8 bench is 140 dont squat much and vertical is 32 inch.... im 5'7 135...lol....pretty small hmong guy but im startin to build up....

Power Clean 185, Hang Clean 195, and Curl? I use 45lb dumbells for Declines and DB ROWS, but i focus on my lower body more.
