Also not known is how many greys die during transport. They load them up in trailors and go...no stopping for food, water, or to let them relieve themsefves. No air, very hot, overcrowded condions. MANY die in transport, from track to track. Such sweet dogs, just look in their eyes.

I can think of no other two dogs more exploited by greedy twisted human beings than the Greyhound and the Pit Bull.

These creatures are bred by the tens of thousands and destroyed when they cannot make the racing and fighting grade.

Worse for the Greyhound who does not demonstrate race-ability, he is sold into a life of animal research where he will endure years of painful experiments!

Get angry, people! Demand that your representatives in the U.S. Congress take action to stop this!

As in any industry that exploits our fellow animals for money, greyhounds are seen by people in racing as nothing more than running units to be disposed of when they can no longer race.

Please spread the world and tell everyone you know about this terrible abuse, and to not go to "the races". (The same applies to horse racing too).

Great video! Please, everyone, if you can, adopt one or even two of these beautiful dogs! I have three, and wouldn't trade them for the world! They are the most regal, beautiful, and loyal dogs ever! Spread the word on the abuses in racing, and please don't go to or bet on races!

Wow...thank you so much for poasting a video like this.

I am a big animal activist and I am 100% against greyhound racing.

When I get a bit older and graduate vet school, I will open my own clinic to retired racers.

If anyone has any cool names for the center, please give them to me. I'm open to ALL sugestions. All I ask is to please not include any inapropriate language. I'm also requesting that you use the name Greyhound in it and refer to it as a rescue group.
