First you learn him to take a bow, then to walk back and in the end you put this two tricks together (first you command to take a bow and when he is in that position, you command to walk back). When putting tricks together you can use a treat in one of your hands that is almost on the ground and then walk against the dog while he is in bow position and walks back. When he is doing well, you stop walking against him and ask the dog to do that on his own.
