  • Men have reproductive rights too,our sperm is our property damm it & thats like if I get kidnapped. By a crazy bunch of women, who want to steal my sperm for their own sick desires, isn't that still kidnapping, sodomy & theft of my private property.

  • Except for Glenn Sacks, everone seem to think a woman should have all the choices, no matter what agreement she entered into . That when it come to a mans right to chose, it somehow does not exist. The "poor little defenseless woman has the right to override a man veto and drag a man into parenthood. The real issue is this , if some court, corrupt as they are, obeys the law and uphold a mans right to chose. Well, that might be the beginning of the end of racket they are running.

  • Definetly CASE CLOSED, once again, the woman thinks her choices and desires , should over shadow and override a mans rights. The contract was clear, now let me repeat this for all the HARD HEADED WOMEN outhere, a contract is two way, if it goes against you, SO SORRY, but equality means a fair chance ,not a guarantee of always winning. Ladies that EQUAL SIGN has a payside and it is long past time you took your turn on it!!!

  • @averagejoesgym71 you are very correct they never care what happens aslong as they get what they want ... not whats best for the children

  • i love how lawyers find ways of braking consent forms and contracts and prenups so men basicly get taken for a sucker...

  • Both woman and man are the owners of the embryos, and if a fate is considered for those embryos it must be in agree between two. Although any of them can change their minds and nobody can force anyone to choose a fate for the embryos (autonomy).
