Leon Askin, General Burkhalter from "Hogan's Heroes", in 1985 NBC "Let's All Be There" promo as a Soviet general visiting the White House only to find the President has gone missing. The general immediately assumes the President must be watching NBC and searches all over only to find a Ronald Reagan look-alike in the back seat of a limo. From WPTZ, Plattsburgh, NY.

    I think thats the voice of the late great Freddie Flatulence. He never became a huge star but he & his band (The Five Hot Toots) had a minor regional hit in the 50's with his catchy little ditty "The Whoopee Cushion Serenade". It was a GAS, man! In the words of the immortal Bard, "Hey dude...who cut da cheese!".
