(Due to technical difficulties I was not able to upload the video sooner, so that's why its out a day after the movie was released. Fail on my part.)

Advanced Reviews is a show where I review movies that have not yet been released and give you my thoughts on them which should not be questioned. You might be wondering how I do this? I go to advanced screenings of movies weeks, and sometimes months before they are released to the general public.

Today I will be reviewing James Cameron's Avatar, a movie slated to come out December 18th.

Warning this review show discusses some plot elements which inherently contains SOME SPOILERS. I suggest you do not watch or read any reviews on movies if you would like to be completely surprised.

I get all of my information from what I've seen and reliable sources such as IMDbPRO.com.

If you like this video or any others you should probably go ahead and subscribe so you'll get the newest stuff as it comes out!

All of the "Avatar" movie footage used is Property of 20th Century Fox Entertainment.

  • Did someone punch you in the mouth while you were waiting in line to see Avatar? (BTW - loved it in IMAX 3D)

  • I think the movie itself probably constituted a punch in the face. But like in a good way.

  • The Avatar cartoon is on nickelodeon not cartoon network!

  • ooops, you can tell I'm a fan.

  • the avatar plot is like the same plot as dances with wolves good movie just not that creative

  • james camerons best movie!!!! yeah you should be feckin punched!

  • You got punched in the face for saying that Avatar is James Cameron's best movie? Well, punch ME in the face, cuz I'm saying that Avatar is Jame Cameron's Ninth Symphony. What a MASTERPIECE!!!

  • @Adjite they actually are "new", within the decade "new". Majorities of filmmakers/visual effects artists are celebrating this movie for a reason. hehe..and simple minded story for suitable for most audiences. hehe..

  • Avatar just looks so good. The creatures and enviroment so beliveble real looking. This movie made so much money it's not funny. It blew Titanic record so far away eatin it's dust. Funny both movies made by same director James Cameron. What is he gonna do next? He is the King of best movie right now holding the number one money making movie of alll time! Yikes!

  • :26-:32 LOL yeah i was like that too.

  • the story wasn't that great, i can agree with that, and the way they made the film 3d isn't new, it's been done before, but the CGI in the film is most definitely ahead of its time. Have you seen any other movie with CGI of this quality?

  • Do you really think these effects are new? hehe...

    old effects and terrible story.

  • dude 1995 amigo

  • yeah and you know things about effects... you're a tard. these effects are ahead of their time. if they were old effects, the movie would have been made 5 years ago as soon as it was possible.
