Truth time. The rich only have 1% of the vote, the poor have 99%. The rich have the money though. What does this mean? Well since the poor get to influence the gov with their unfair voting power we get to influence the gov with money. We both have equal power. Stop crying liberals!

why do we let these dicks run our country
-
It doesnt matter if they are bought or not. What matters is if their financial and economic policies serve the 1%. And the ones that are bough and paid for will support those policies. But there are people NOT bought and paid for, that support policies that are good for the upper class.
And seriously, will people stop bitching about the government as if it was some dictatorship. You elect your leaders, and if people cared, guys like Bernie Sanders could become president.

Ralph Nader, Bernie Sanders, and Ron Paul are 3 that I can safely say are not bought.

When younger, my friend who was living at home, spent his time and money trying to make improvements to his mother’s old home. His brother differed on how it should proceed, even though his brother never provided any funds or any original plans for those alternative ideas. He would simply undo everything. Nothing was ever fully accomplished and his mother suffered needlessly. His brother was well-intentioned but misguided and screwed it up.
This fully analogizes America for the last 80 yrs.

The internet is a great tool to investigage political campaigns of the past, before they became wholly corrupt. The same fucking issues fought over today: corporate greed and control vs the fundamental freedoms and benefits of individuals. We wonder why nothing gets done? 80 years ago, everything that the Dems. did during the Roosevelt and Truman Administrations, was the campaign platform for undoing by the Repugs. All they ever do is waste time undoing what Dems. do, but nothing for us.

When an independent candidate runs for any office, the dandelions always say, "I isn't gonna thro my vote away!" So, the dandelions vote for the candidates that the elitist media instructs them to vote for. With all the polls and such, why go against the tide? That's the way it is, because so many dandelions emulate what their dandelion parents did.

Perhaps one day, people all over the world as well as in America, might come to realize that their so-called Political Leaders are just following and serving the elite's wishes which are represented by lobbyist.
The American government has stopped listening to it's citizens for some time now and it is blatantly apparent! When was the last time one of any of your local representatives called you or sent a questionnaire asking for your opinion? I've never received an inquiry by any of them!
