  • You don't have to peddal the bike anymore do you? unless I'm crazy and am missing something.

When I was there over the summer I was the first person (so spake the lovely science center employees) to ride the new version where you do nothing but hold down a button.

  • The current version will not able to pedal. This is one of the reason that we put the system in place. Some of younger children pedaling it at the wrong time. When the bike was going backward and trying to pedal forward, and they end up hurting themselves.

But with the version 3, we are planning to install a pedal assist system, which allow the rider to pedal and activate the motor, but prevent the motor going forward, when the bike falling backward.

  • dude i wanna ride that!

  • hey dude, if you ever come to Calgary, it is on display in Calgary Science Center

  • @powerinmotion was in the calgary science centre

  • It would be cooler if it went horizontally and used the pedalling mechanism to spin, but not wheels. I saw someone ride one made from a bar welded to a truck axle that was anchored to the ground. It never went backwards, only forwards, so it couldn't injure the rider. Some vomiting maybe.

  • Went there with my cadet squad toaday it was really really fun the bed of nails was my favourite

  • gona have to dig out my welder and make 1 of them

  • I want to test it!!!!!!!!!!!!
