i've had this for 3 and a half years and recently it started to abruptly crash and shut down on its own. i've kept notice of the temperatures as it happens, it doesn't exceed 80C (we all know that our laptops reach something like 100C for this to happen)..

for the first year you cant get fingerprints on it, they just fade away. then they start to show up, all the prints you made previusly.

mines better i got the A300-1MC which has HDMI supporting 1080p signal format has lights AND its lasted me 2 years, im using it to write this now, connected up to a 23" monitor through hdmi with 1080p, and its doing great. but anyways theyre pretty much the same...

intel centrino?? the one on Argos, which is the same one, has a intel dual core 2 duo! for 400 pounds

As far as I know all notebooks don't have the same webcam. Some of them have 0,3 and some 1,3 MPIX. Before you buy your notebook pick up info about hardware and built-in webcam. You can find it on Toshiba support page.

For instance, my Satellite A300-1LI has 1,3 MPIX.

Hi could you please tell me what the webcam in your laptop is like? is it very clear or is it really blurey?? & how many megapixels is it.. just wondering as im going to be getting a similer laptop. thanks
