Help I cant open G-Mod!

I recently bought the game for $10.00 AUS, when i finished putting all the credit card details- it started to download, and when it finished- I went to play the game. But as you can see in the video the 'black' steam window just pops up and says its loading, it goes away and the game NEVER opens. Please leave a helpful comment :)
