The BYU math students will get a taste of fame as they create some March Madness with the William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition.

Leading scorer Sam Dittmer was a national math champ in high school and recruited by MIT and Stanford. His teammates Hiram Golze and Robert Yang took BYU to the Sweet 16 last season. With Sam back on the squad, they're hoping to make some noise again this year.
