Endoscopic ultrasound can be a very useful tool in the diagnosis and management of pancreatic disease. In the following video the examination of a patient with a suspicious lesion in the body of the pancreas on a C/T scan of the abdomen revealed changes of chronic pancreatitis and a gallbladder full with sludge and stones. (Gallstone related chronic pancreatitis)
