http://www.904inspect.com During a routine home inspection in Jacksonville FL recently I found something that was intentionally hidden. What was it? There was a leak in the roof around the dryer vent which caused a leak. This problem area was hidden very well. Someone took some OSB and cut it so it would fit perfectly around the dryer vent pipe. Then they attached some rails to the rafters on both sides of the dryer vent so that the OSB boards would slide in place and cover up the leak. Nice try, but no getting over on the home inspector this time. http://www.904inspect.com

  • John is the man to call if you need a home inspection in the Jacksonville Forida area.

  • That was a great find, I know the buyers are glad they hired you to do their home inspection.
