Steel Series customer service is DEFINITELY lacking. I have just spent 3 months battling a 30 dollar HST tax given for me to pay due to the improper packaging/labelling of a RETURN item. I forwarded the invoice to SteelSeries and they met me with this response "I cannot do anything in terms of that shipment a third party warehouse did." I ordered this product direct from the website, to claim such ignorance is completely ridiculous. Down with Steel Series~!

steelseries is a good brand and good quality, but i must warn you there customer service is horrrribleeeeeeee. there is no company phone number everything is thru emails, i emailed them like 5 times and no one gets back to me, my product is under warranty and i even provided them with sales receipt. FUCK THIS COMPANY
