@rockyrickster Not really. but saying that, I quit about a fornight ago because certain members of staff were making my working day a complete fucking misery. I actually got signed off for a week and then thought "fuck it, I'm not having this shithole making me unhealthy and also wrecking my work & homelife." So I went in with a letter of resignation and told them to shove it. 2 years of my life completly wasted, so all in all, I think resigning was a good move! Fuck Co-Op! :-)

One of the last to be re-fit, never seen such a bunch of cowboys. Couldnt run a piss up in a brewery. Cutting corners everywhere and making us do all of the work. Get the fuck out of this company, Sainsbury's is going to DESTROY it with its new convenience strategy. 2000 stores in the next 10 years. hahaha

Since our store changed to Co-Op they've cut all our hours and we have fuck all customers. Nice one Co-Op!! Keep up the good work!!

Since they took over Matlock Store it has taken £60000 less a week.A lot of new staff were taken on which was good, now they need to cut 327 hours a week as they are over spent. Staff have been asked to reduce hours or possible voluntary redundancies.If neither come to 327 hours its compulsory redundancies.There was poor analysis done when taking on the store & they underestimated Iceland opening in same town a week later.
