  • When I forgive myself, I give myself back to myself and thus will myself to change and stand up in self-responsibility. It is exactly "lightening one's burdens" realizing that it was not necessary to burden oneself to begin with and that keeping the burden on our shoulders, will make us heavy-wait, instead of Living Here, unconditionally. Awesome video Sean. Thanks for Sharing.

  • This is so cool !!

Self-forgiveness is one of the tools I learned in the Desteni I Process

  • That's very good! In fact; I started out with such a problem and know others who have and it was the forgiveness of GOD. When I went to Him and Jesus, and asked forgiveness of course he will when you really feel bad about it, but accepting that forgiveness into your heart is very hard. And as they once said; practice makes perfect. So you have to continue doing it and learning to let go when GOD throws those things in the sea. Have a great weekend!

  • @Doika86 But what if you are unable to choose to choose it consciously. Perhaps we need God to forgive us first before we forgive ourselves, no matter what we think we have done wrong.

  • @vernz4earl Lmfao. 'An illuminati'

  • @NightClubc well i guess there's no magic trick... its just a matter of taking a stand, making a choice, you just decide not to feel bad about something you've done or you are.. i.e: you're systematically rejecting any feeling of guilt, at least at a conscious level. After a long and painful process the unconscious level will follow and you'll have forgiven yourself. Well thats how the forces of willpower usually work.

  • he is an illuminati..

    watch his necklace,.

  • this is good stuff

  • thanks Sean!!!!

  • Forgiveness and consolation is something that can never be achieved from the external... you are the only one that knows if you're truly sorry and truly want to be feel better through forgiving yourself. You can lie to everyone around you, even try to lie to yourself, but you do know the truth deep down. Find consolation by facing yourself and letting go of the past the make room for the present.

  • true. thanks

  • its easy to say just forgive yourself though, what is the thought process behind forgving yourself ? how does one do this?
