It started with one guy on a a hill with a cowbell. In 2007 Andy Rubenstein decided he was going to arrive at John Street (our aLst Hill) FIRST. Once there he would wait at the top and cheer every rider that came up! By the end of the day cyclists, volunteers and random spectators were lining the route!
