The beginning of the episode about Daigo and Nadare. It's a nice normal Black Jack episode until it hits the 2:50 mark. Then it explodes into the sort of gleeful insanity that characterizes the rest of the episode.

The manga is much better. The Anime sucks because it's so unwilling to show the gory details, which is like, a main theme of surgery and the series in general.
