We have the same unmarked white plane with fixed wing on the top flying all around San Luis Obispo, CA
It's a spy plane- they have them over every city in North America.

there are helicopters, but a small plane is much cheaper to buy and run and has a longer range so its an advantage for the smaller citys.

I shot all this footage when i went down to the farm, who knows what or why the plans were going over head, i was still new to all of this stuff, Peace!

No Way. If they were the police they would use their invisible stealth plane that you can't see or hear. C"mon guys, get your hand off it. I don't think they care that much.

lmao, "invisible stealth plane" - well like i said in the sidebar, "sometimes" i did not rule out just a fly-by from the local airport, as you can see in the video, it was all new to me too. Thanks for the comment bud. Peace!
