Various clips of Doris Day, her late son, Terry Melcher and friends talking about Doris Day. I misspelled John Raitt's name, but I'm not doing the video over.

  • I just finished watching It Happened to Jane starring Doris Day and Jack Lemmon...such a great film :)! I love how Doris always portrays intellectual, hard working and independent women (for her time, anyway). She is so great at that. Also, I just love all the films she did with Rock Hudson and The Thrill of it All with James Garner is absolutely hilarious! She truly is a Hollywood gem of a leading lady :).

  • @TinaB1990 I love those movies too!

  • Doris Day is and always will be my all time fav actress.

Fav film 'Love Me, or Leave Me' with Cagney - she was awesome in every film, but this one had her beautiful voice and her brilliant acting.

  • @debbiausten1 I have to attribute Netflix for encouraging my classic movie addiction haha.

  • @mismestera I am sorry to disagree, but I think Doris was beautiful inside and out!!!

  • she had it all, talent, beauty and the human frailties that made her special. And in her younger days, a hot ass. I lover her

  • It's so sad she didn't find happiness, other than with her animals, she lost her son, she was treated badly by her husbands, she really doesn't deserve it.

  • Doris Day - a classy lady in every respect. Love her speaking voice, too. Wish I had a chance to have known her at some point in her life.

  • LOVE THIS

  • A wonderful brilliant woman. I love her character 'Calamity' in the movie 'Calamity Jane' singing the song The Black Hills of Dakota along with Howard Keel.

  • Terry Melcher passed away on November 19, 2004 from a long battle with melanoma
