Its called 'Playground Martyrs' by Steve Jansen. It comes from an album called 'Slope' - with two versions of the track on it - The one I have used is sung by Nina Kinert - the other version on the album is by Steve's brother David Sylvian J:)

Sorry apparently it has even got worse in the UK:

A shocking 2,034 per 100,000 people suffer violent crime in the UK, compared to 466 in America and 1,609 in troublespot South Africa.

Britains damning figures far outstrip those of second-worst EU country — Austria, with 1,677 violent crimes per 100,000 people.

And the UK rate has increased by a shocking 77 per cent since 1998.

The numbers were released by the European Commission.

So the UK is 4 times MORE violent than the US.

The UK and especially Scotland is the most violent place in the western world according to an official UN report.

People in the UK are 3 times more likely to be a victim of violent crime than in the US.

It's no wonder London is called the stabbing capital of the world.

In contrast cities like Geneva and Zurich (Switzerland where almost all male adults have guns at home) comparable to UK cities are the safest in the world.

It makes sense indeed.

Mate your just argued the most bs I've seen in a long while. Course areas with more people have a higher murder rate you dont need me to tell you anything about the drug culture of large cities. Furthermore just compare the murder rate of say america as a whole to a relitivly gun free county saaaaaay.... The Uk? Oh well will you look at that the american murder rate is far higher. I wonder if thats anything to do with the avalibility of guns? Hrm.... would make sense now wouldnt it?
