@jplcua18 I've been on it six times. It never malfunctioned. However, I know it's frequent. And I won't get angry if I do get stuck on the ride. It's to be expected of a complex piece of technology like that to have some problems from time to time.

GREAT RIDE, but it broke down when we were queing in the defence against the dark arts room at first the hollagrams were cool then it just got repetative and i needed the loo

@braziliandrummer1 dude its amazing, i would definatley try to get there early though because after about 10:00 the queues for harry potter start to go over an hour! no joke. Awesome ride.
