Can you spray the coroplast with that clear acryilc UV filter paint? I notice that you are using a translucent plastic.

It is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into this - very clever design, especcialy the upright sitting position. I am looking to build sometihing like this

were did you get the camper
-
hell you cant even turn right without the camper taking out you rear tire

Ever tried pulling this with the velomobile or pavo?

$2,000 camper and $10 bike, nice.

Paul,
I like it.
I have some thoughts.
Since the tongue sticks out front, why don't you extend the livable space out in a triangular shape onto the tongue? It would cut the air better and give a bit more room inside.
I like the hinged floor for sitting upright. Can you put some canvas around the opening so you have a weather-tight seal when the flap is down? If you trim it right & connect the canvas to the edges, it should fold up & down w/ the floor flap.
Take care.

awsome
I haven't tried that. But I have painted half of the homeless emergency shelter with a dark green camouflage spray paint scheme using a spray can paint meant for plastic. I'm seeing how that holds up compared to the untreated yellow side. It might take a few years.

No I have not, but the pavo is getting a new variable speed internal hub which should give it a lower gear range for steep hills and possibly pulling the bike camper.
Sounds like a winter progect...
