Singers as Manna Dey, Talat,Hemant,Atma,Kavi,Aziz,Ni­tin,Mahendra, etc are good singers extremly skilled, but were always second choice singers!

Every Music-Director had atleast 1 main voice! and the main voices were Mukesh, Rafi And Kishore!

Music Directors who really acknowledge Mukesh as a singer were Naushad, Roshan,Khayam,Anil Biwas,Madan Mohan,Ramchandra,Sudha Ji,Kalyanji Anandji (huge fans of Mukesh),CHitragupta,Datta sahab,Jaidev, Hansraj Behl,CHowdary sahab, and ofc Laximikant pyarelal and more

Music Directors who said Mukesh could not sing were : S&J, SD burman,Op Nayyar.

And irronicly Mukesh gave S&J Sd Burman, And Nayyar Sahab Hit-songs when they needed him ! this was the humble Mukesh Chand !

S&J always preferred Manna Dey for Raj Kapoor, because Manna Dey was more Skilled, But Raj knew the secret formula to succes.. and that was simplicity. Raj was a simple man, people called him Raju, Mukesh was a simple man, and fitted Raj style as a glove ! That's why Raj preferred Mukesh over Manna Dey even today people Vote Mukesh instead of Manna Dey. People always talk about three legendary Male Singers the Great Mohd rafi sahab, Mukesh and Kishore. Dey, hemant, Mahendra etc were 2nd rate

Mera jhoota hai japani sounds very easy to sing, but go ahead and try LOL.. The breath control of Mukesh is just amazing.. and Mukesh going out of tune? please.. spare me that bullcrap Listen to all mukesh songs Live.. he doesn't go of key a single time ! Jaikishan and shankar are nothing with out mukesh and there was a time they boycotted mukesh,.. at the end Mukesh told Raj kapoor to go for L/P and S&J had no carreer left.. no one even came to their funeral LOL

You all know nothing about Mukesh LOL, Mukesh could sing saigal as no one else could... He had a good range and own style, i mean if you say mukesh songs are easy please go ahead and sing and post it on youtube LOL u will fail extremly just like sonu nigam.. He tried to sing Jane kahan gaye woh din, and failed huge at the low notes LOL Mukesh could easly sing classical songs just as Lata Jee told in an interview but Mukesh said Rafi and Dey can sing it better then me, why should i try clasccl

@graphikamaal I totally Agree with u Nand Raj Kapoor was Lord Ram of Indian Film Industry And Mukesh Was Hanuman
