Mixed Fruit Smoothie
Recipe:
1 Cup Strawberries
2 Bananas Chopped
2 Tangerines Peeled & Chopped
1 Apple Peeled & Chopped
1 Cup Nonfat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add some Light Whipped Cream and you have a nice healthy smoothie.
