    This is one thing on which all Americans should be able to agree. The basic founding of this country was on religious freedom. In Europe the gov't was used to telling people how to practice their religion and what religion to practice. We would hope that America had progressed to the point we could agree that religious freedom is fundamental to freedom itself.
