Shaken, not Stirred

We recently discovered a surprisingly simple yet unexpected mechanism that produces peptoid nanosheets in high yield. We first stumbled on this when we noticed that shaking a water solution of a peptoid produced a ton of nanosheets, whereas stirring the vial did not produce any!
