  • bmoscato2: That's great that you were able to pour out the wine! I'm going to buy the book and give it a try. Keep me updated on how things are going. I'm really curious to know if it works out for you.

birdgirl0359: I'm not really sure, but it seems like it could work...I'll let you know once I try it

  • bmoscato2: Are you referring to the Sinclair Method? I have heard of that. I really need to do a new video...I was completely sober for 54 days, then I got really drunk one night (about 3 weeks ago). For the past 3 weeks I've been drinking in moderation and haven't really felt the need to get drunk so I can see how drinking with the naltrexone would work. Good luck to you also :-)

  • Thank you for your comment bambiblew! You're right...unfortunately, alcohol dependence is something I'll be stuck with for life. I've never had very good willpower but at least I am taking steps in the right direction now, which I feel really good about. I hope you are successful in dealing with/recovering from whatever you are struggling with. Life sucks sometimes, but I always try to keep a positive attitude and things usually get better instead of worse

  • it never goes away but you can do things to control your impulses, and you have some great ideas to help with this struggle, especially reaching out to others who are going through so much more than you,it makes you realize your problems dont compare to what others endure.i also think doing these videos will be of great service not only to those who watch them but to you as well.as an outlet to express yourself.i am going through similar struggles and your video was an inspiration to me.thank u.
