@eyConentertainment This was written by Gene Ammons and named after his wife Mildred's nick name.
This version is from Jimmy McGriff's Right Turn On Blue lp, with Hank Crawford on sax.

My own jazz group just recently started playing this tune again. My favorite version is from 'King Pleasure Sings/Annie Ross Sings' (1954 OJC) this version is very nice. Thank you.

Simple, to the point, def. of groove. Trippin piece here.

Sweet as they come groove! Vintage Jazz!

I'm going to take a guess and say this is a Delos recording featuring Joe Williams who isn't on this take. Eddie 'Cleanhead' Vinson, Red Holloway, Jack McDuff, Geryck King on drums, and Phil Upchurch on guitar.
This tune is called 'Red Top' and was written by Lionel Hampton and Ben Kenard in 1947. It was recorded by several artists, with the vocal version by King Pleasure and Betty Carter being the most popular in 1952. This particular version is an unknown artist..... You can thank my father for this information, for he a true master with jazz trivia...
I hope this points you in the right direction.
