beyondego, I just wanted to let you know that I have watched the rest of the videos you have posted. I understand the method better now from these other videos. I still don't agree with what the woman's diet consisted of in the other video but the concept makes sense.

Thanks! Most clients, once they get the calories right, gradully improve their choices and become very nutrition conscious. In the beginning, all they are concerned about is getting the calories right. Rather than telling them what they "should" eat, I lead them to the science of nutrition, make them aware of the consequences of their choices, and let them make up their own mind about what they want. .

The results are incredible in regards to real improvements in thier health. I see people every day, literally healing themselves, saving their lives when they had been on an irreversible path to misery and early death. Again, the video doesn't really tell much other than what she ate one day, and a few factoids about a very complex method
