@Stills1979 I like the OS but the hardware is just as crappy as any other computer manufacturer.

@quaestiosophisma Very true. For god sake my Pentium II laptop even had a VGA out.

Making unnecessary jabs at windows will only serve to further alienate both us mac users and them from knowing what they are missing.
-
any laptop does this.

yay i have the same tv

The only way I know, is to "mirror" the monitors; but that kinda defeats the purpose of having two monitors. I'm sure there is a 3rd party tool out there that can make it possible, but I don't mind not having just one dock, so I haven't done much research on the topic. Lemme know if you find something.

is there a way to make 2 monitors but have dock and bar in both?

Thanks I just upgraded with to 6GB and it's awesome!
Just when you thought your mac couldn't get any better....

Hey, I've got a Macbook Pro, model 3,1. Is the full 6GB of ram recognized by Leopard? I've seen 4GB listed as the max, but I've also read that 6GB can be used.

Mac claims the MBP cannot handle 6 GB of ram, but that is a myth, it works fine. I have a G.Skill 4GB and Crucial 2GB ram stick installed.
