if there so great why dont they honour the free month service they promised me ,they lied for three months then they told me that the rules had changed and my ddeal was void i am so angry that i am cancelling my service and going to wind ,what a way to get customers i would rather paid a little more to some one who is honest than be lied to public mobile sucks

i had a plan with them $40.00 unl talk(no long dis. now these scum bags changed there plan to $35 plus free can long distance so my plan doesnt exist anymore but there still charging me more for less the customer service crystal rep#54484 was very rude and said theres nothing she can do i had to get pissed and ask for a manager then she comes back and says manager is busy and you can get a credit of 5 dollars (they should have swithched my plan automatically if they were really honest

@verbod, thanks. A head ups: Public Mobile, Robbers (Rogers), Belus (Bell) are suing WIND for having too much foreign investment (mainly from Egypt) and WIND might be sued out of existence. So some WIND customers are striking back by trolling whenever they can like the above company websites. YOu have to google the suit since Youtube doesn't like links.
