Update on my 370 gallon tank, i was going to change the background but im going to delay it till the winter when its warm so i can put my piranha in without heating it to much, its too cold here in the UK at the moment and isnt the best time to do it. I replanted the tank about a month ago and has helped in creating it a better place for my fish as without plants it looked so bare. Also added more manzanita wood which is one of the best woods for aquariums EVER. I have lots of this so if anyone needs any let me know.

  • I was thinking about buying those quality background sheets for my new 8x3x2.5 but when i looked at the price, they cost alot of ££££ Just wondering how much did those sheets of background set you back for this super long tank??? Also did you have your tank made by AquariumLTD ??? Cheers!

  • @AquaticMonsters Hi, yeah they are so worth it, about £20 each, i needed 5 so about £100 but they really are great, make sure you get good quality ones, no i didnt have it made by aquarium ltd, if i can suggest doing anything, make the background yourself, it will look much much better, be cheaper, and its not that difficult, also you wont see the join lines, if i had the time, i would do that to mine.

  • Vary nice....

  • i need some drift

  • what plants did you use? gonna start mine again using sand instead of gravel

  • wow,

    this tank is absolutely stunning

it's about time we saw piranhas in a tank that beautifully simulates their natural habitat

so much space, perfect schooling size, incredible setup

bravo is all I can say

    piranha keepers take note

  • man that is awesome and the tank looks very well looked after very nice mate

  • make sure their well fed, in an appropriate sized tank with good water conditions and divide the food up so that their not all fighting over one chunk. Good way to decrease aggression.

  • how can you made, that they don´t eat each other ?? My Piranhas everyday attaked each other and finaly only one strong one survived.

  • Beautiful tank. Lots of space. Great job. It'a good to see those fish so well taken care of.

  • fucken awsome!!!!
