www.customguitarvideo.com Ulrich Teuffel is probably the only guitar maker who is as close to Leo Fender and at the same time as far from Leo Fender as somebody could truly be. In this third part of the Teuffel feature Ulrich explains the concept of his Tesla guitar: perfecting the imperfection. Teuffel's instruments provide the demanding guitar player with possibility to open doors to a new realm of sound. Avantgarde guitarist Henry Kaiser gives a demonstration of what that could mean.

  • Actually the jam at the end is exactly what Teuffel was talking about. Kaiser said himself that it takes him out of his comfort zone.

  • I KNEW IT! The secret ingredient is carrots. 3:29

  • It's only shite if you have no original ideas of your own. Some people just need a vintage guitar because they're afraid of change or being unique.

  • Very intellectual stuff. My favorite guitarist have utilized "sounds you try to avoid" as the backbone of their tone: Hendrix, Neil, Townsend, Van Halen... Oh no, Henry Kasier just popped up on the screen. There goes the neighborhood.

  • absolute and utter shite...

  • Is that one playing the riff on the video outro?

  • I don't think the jam at the end does the guitar any favours!

  • @FearMyPants check premier guitar's namm11 demo he has no strap and shows more stuff

  • We love this guitar, great craftsmanship and amazing sound. Even if you don't use the effect knobs it's totally worth it. Btw., we use this guitar more like a bass than a guitar, works perfectly fine, too.

  • This is a pretty nifty idea. Having those sounds you can get from a crappy guitar, but in a controllable form. I might just get one.
