Great set of videos. Videos like these could be useful as training aids for commanders. It would be nice to see a few more, but also see them in more of a 'training manual' type respect, an official set of videos that gave a bit of an outline of squad leader and commander etiquettes, a basic guideline to follow that would help ease more people into the commanders role, and help teach other players how to interact efficiently and not to overwhelm the command structure with unnecessary chatter.
