Bloody Australian Judicial Piece of Crap! These days People get away with murder, and te people in jail are happy to be there as jails are better than most houses!

Cheers! that is entirely corrent, in my humble opinion, Clerkz. Apart from the fact that this being "ABLE" to happen is a stunning commentary to the rest of the world about how Americans allow their children to behave, is the fact that these legalese speaking arseholes like to over-react to the nth degree. My experience is that people who overdo it like this are the ones too busy covering their own lies to step up and be an *Effective* community servant. Course, that would call for decency.

Graffiti can't ever be legal, it would lose that pop that fizzle if it was. I don't think a lot of us would continue if it was legal. Then there would be those who'd take it to far. On people's house instead of abandoned buildings. People don't see was other people see it's that simple, fear what you can't grab. Hate what you can do, welcome to America land of the slightly free.

Couldn't agree more, there could be a line it can be done for free or if you want the product, you can take it for free!!!!!! Jail should be 1 year. You should clean the graffatti your selves with nothing but extreemly expensive chemicals and a tooth brush!!!! & if you can't afford the chemicals, too bluddy bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
