This work out is a calorie buster but you have to put the work in to reach a 1100 calorie burn.

  • nice if it burns 1100calories then that's great, most of these commenting people are stupid do you really fucking think that you must burn 3500calories a day or more even than 500calories a day ! than fuck your mind! you want to eat a total of 5000calories a day ! guys its only 500calories needed to be burn a day the rest burns from your normal activities, and burning = 20% and proper nutrition= 80% when it comes to lose fat.

  • Not possible to burn 1000. You would be absolutely drenched in sweat. A p90x workout barely does more than 1000, and thats intense working out for about an hour. LIES!

  • TIP: Do not over drink (water) while doing this workout. I only drank one bottle and during my last set of Reverse J-Knives, the bouncing up and down made me feel like throwing up.

  • 1000 calories is a lbs of fat. Do that once a day that is a lbs a day.
