Nonsense. Any general mem-hacking cheat engine will work on IWBTG, most notably Cheat Engine.
That said, I don't see anywhere there's actually more than four bullets on the screen at a time, so to pull that off you must have some epic reflexes or a macro controller device.
Either way, good work.

Ahhh You have to hit him in the head. But once those bubble following things come he always shoots a following apple and after that it is nearly impossible.
