"selling out" and the whole notion of performing for free, tends to be a hippy student idealism born out of deluded socialist views. As people grow up and start having to earn a crust, they realise that socialism & hippyism only works on paper. That's when people start selling out.

However, the likes of filthywhore & emmalina are whores and nothing else. Cash is a bonus, they crave attention on a massive scale. Attention is their currency.

I think one of the things that bothered me about Morbeck putting the ad for that particular website on his video, was that FW a while back put the exact same website on one of her videos, then Emmalina followed. I guess I just held Morbeck to higher standards than them because I see him as more of an artist.. I'm not saying it is right or wrong, that is just how I felt when I saw it. It was a bit dissapointing..

If you would "sell" it to your friends, family, and neighbors, like the bald eagle awareness, then "sell" it to YouTube! Although by then you aren't selling anything, really....you are advocating for something you believe.
