Cartoony microbes flit about in this experimental loop using Flash 4 for the animation of the microbes and floating debris, then Photoshop was used to create the "cilia" on the outside of one of the microbes. Of course I had to use QuickTime to convert the Flash animation into an image sequence so I could go in with Photoshop to draw those li'l hairs on each frame.
Yes I can. In fact, I did a little frame-by-frame on THIS animation. Using QuickTime Pro, I broke the Flash animation down into an "Image Sequence" of individual frames as JPEGS. Then, in Adobe Photoshop, I hand drew the jiggling hair-like cilia on the outside of the germ that looks like a paramecium. I did this on every frame. Using Apple iMovie, I reassembled the image sequence into 1-frame clips, thus recreating the animation movement from the original Flash.

WOW! That's quite a compliment, cuz I've seen some pretty awesome stuff around the 'Tube! I frequently enjoy creating Animation for its own sake, so while I haven't told many "stories" on YouTube yet, I do enjoy using my channel as a sort of "video art gallery". Now you make me wanna step up my game, Rob! --Baron
