Odinic Rite Media presents a sequel to the popular 'Odinism - An Eternal Faith'. This new film, entitled 'Odinism - Our Natural Religion', was shot on location at Tyrley locks, Shropshire, England during Yule 2010 c/e.

'Odinism - Our Natural Religion' is presented by Redwald, who discusses Odinism, its relationship with nature and how the natural religion of north west Europeans differs from the monotheistic religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

The soundtrack was created by Odinist artists and these tracks feature on albums produced by OR Media, which are available via our website.

Contact details for OR Media and the Odinic Rite are at the end of this film.

  • Ok...do I have been studying Odin and I have came across this stuff and I'm quite confused. I am a Christian but I'm not a bible basher, I just have a few question. So this is like a real religion like Christianity? By that I mean you believe that there are really gods and goddessess such as Odin, Thor, etc.? I'm just kindof confused but at the same time very interested in more of an educational way, not spiritual. Not posting this comment to bash your religion or anything. I am just curious.

  • @DakotaLynnMartin Thanks for your interest. To give you a general idea, we revere nature in a similar way to the Native American and we view our Gods in a similar way to the Hindu. It is a real religion and Odinism is the modern expression of our ancestral faith practiced in Europe before Christianity arrived on the scene.

  • what do we do when the seasons are no longer as they used to be? have you read the novel "american gods" by neil gaimann?

  • @RyanLaneGreenwood The seasons do seem to be changing and I suggest we work with nature rather than against it. Thanks for the mention of that book; I haven't read it but will look it up.

  • So cool you guys listen to black metal right? = )

  • @JefferySchmitz Our music tastes are pretty varied - have a listen to our own music from OR Media by searching YouTube for 'Folk Flame'

Lo, there do I see my Mother..

And my Sisters and my Brothers..

Lo, there do I see the line

Of my people back to the beginning..

Thay do bid me to take my place among them..

Yes, approval required so comment sections for video's representing the OR and OR Media do not become filled with arguments and unnecessary 'trolling'.

Thank you for your comment, but while you are free to call yourself what you will, I and my fellow OR members are 'Odinists' and we don't need to be told who Odin is. Nor do we need to entertain arguments amongst our own folk regarding exactly what we should call ourselves. There are more important things to be concerned with.
