i tried this, its not hard, i easily pumped out 30 reps with 135 on the barbell, and im that a huge guy. big waste of time!

not so much the hams but the quads will feel like they're about to pop off (in a good way, of course), by the time you're done...

@nilssonnick Oh right, it's just when you stand up it looks like it would be real tough on the hamstrings like a deadlift is

yep, there is some hip extension as you stand up but the hams don't really get a whole lot of tension because of where your feet/toes are.

#2- Why didn't you tell me that I would basically be unable to walk like a normal man or use stairs for two days after doing this exercise for reps?!?!
I have a 400# squat and respectable walking lunge ability so I have to admit I slept on this when I saw your vid...I superset sissy squats with these and did 15 rep sets with a bar only loaded with 135#s on it. SICK.
