Wayfaring Stranger - sung by Jack Marti

Here's one of my all-time favorite songs. I rediscovered it recently at an old-time jam I was attending for a while. The lady who sang it there had a really nice voice. I don't really do it justice vocally, but I love playing it. My favorite version is the one done by Tennessee Ernie Ford. If you haven't heard it, you owe it to yourself to buy the CD. He's the best.

@GSDirtboy It's actually in the key of Am. I think it's the key most commonly used to play this song.

Most are scripture song CDs, but I also have one called Mountain Moving with mostly gospel songs and hymns and a couple originals. I did come up with this arrangement, though I wouldn't say it's necessarily original. I actually got most of my inspiration for it from Gary Lowry's classical guitar version.
