You should have your own television show. You actually make sense and would help a lot of people who don't need to lose weight not gain weight. I think everyone needs to learn how to eat healthily even if they don't need to lose weight.

im asuming to loose wait...all you really need to do is quit eating processed/fake food...eat veggies for meals and fruit for snacks? water..then work it all off at the end of the day?...

BRO!....your too much!!.....I cannot get enough.....you know when you learn something....and it makes sooo much damn sense....it almost brings tears to your eyes....why?.....BECAUSE ITS TRUTH RIGHT!....yea....well after watching just 2 or 3 of your videos.....I keep experiencing that.....and its only because of truth....Everyone....I have spent A LOT of money on "Great" trainers and supps....but no one ever educated me like this....always the same pitch and bad practices. Thx again bro!!
