@rawatson83 Toyota built 200 "4runner's" in 1980 based on the 1980 hilux built for the public its very rare to see them and someone has one in the town I live in and I go nuts every time I see it:)

1984 wast the first gen 4runner. ifs was added in 1986 but was still considered the 4runner. 1st gen ended in 1989

well if it is stock front leaf spring then its an 85. That was the only year the came stock with strate front axles
