This hasn't faded to me any. I went to a Iraq to try to have these facist men come to me, as a profetional, a Marine, not a civilain. I went to try to protect my country and still believe it today. Instead of these people coming here(people inclued Irainian, Chechnyean, and Serian) to try and kill us. People like my mother, father and wife. We were showed something, that everyone that is a moderate Musilim or anyone else will be killed.

i agree, giving KSM a civilian trial does not improve our image in the slightest and is a waste of time and resources, especially if he was somehow acquitted he would not be released, so it will be a circus show trial which will make a mockery out of our court system, and since we are still using military tribunals, what is the real motive for this?

it is proven, not officially in a court of law, but anyone who bothered to research anything concerning 9/11 knows how guilty KSM is, who carried on the original "planes operation" conceived by his nephew Ramzi Yousef, the 1993 WTC bomber, who was prosecuted in civilian court, which obviously failed to prevent further acts of terrorism directly stemming from him, thank God we interrogated his uncle and didn't send him straight to civilian court (which he should never be put in)
