For those teens and pre-teens who don't think they can or should do something about bullying and violence...think again. You CAN make a difference.

  • This message would go through so much better if people didn't make the first intro to it so gay. Now every bullying thingy that comes up to stop is treated as 'lol that gay lol'.

  • In my school people cover up bullying, you'd think there just messing and having a laugh that's the problem, how can you tell if its real, the bullies in my school make it look like the victim's having fun, you see there smart but obviously pricks 2.

  • Thank you.

If one is the recipient of bullying, that trauma lasts a lifetime; it affects one's perception of the world, perception of people--generally and individually; it defines one's world and one's interaction in that world.

I honestly believe that a great deal of people think bullying is just a trivial stage of childhood and adolescent development.

Thanks for drawing attention to this; and I hope you will continue to do so.

  • Excellent information and advise!
